Quality Issues
Tried to send an email to Haagen-dazs to inform them that 2 14 oz containers of ice cream I've purchased in the last 4 months have had big holes in them with several ounces of ice cream missing. Each time, I filled out ALL of the stuff they required plus a photo of the quality problem.
Once I hit submit, i was informed that I had to login or create an account. Of course, there is no way to create an account. After 3 attemps, I am fed up and not wasting any more time. The company needs to reimburse me for a 14 oz container.
I'm no longer buying any of its products because its clear the company cares not for those who purchase its products. Done.
