Customer Service reached out via email, asked for identifying numbers, etc. and picture of "air pocket".
And address to send coupons.I provided all identifying numbers, pictures of carton, including carton on scale showing it weighed far less than normal, and explained it was not an air pocket...the entire carton was light and full of air as the least premium ice creams. 2 weeks went by, and no response.
I emailed again. 2 more weeks - no response.So after initial response, they ghosted me.NOT RESOLVED!

I was told that a particular brand of Häagen-Dazs Dax's favor would be shipped to different Jewels stores in Chicago and after burning gas For weeks I'm now told today that this particular brand of ice cream cannot be arriving to the stores
The flavor is honey salted caramel almond. I was given a rain check from Jewels grocery store but they also informed me that they will not be getting this particular Flavor of cream in.
I am wanting monthly fixed income but I was willing to set aside some funds to see if I could order this particular flavor. I called the customer service line and was informed that I cannot order it nor do we have any idea if this particular flavor will arrive back in Chicago in the grocery stores.
Im not ready to tear up my rain check on Jewels grocery stores because Im hoping that some somewhere this particular brand of ice cream will be available in Chicago. I know if its not on sale I will probably have to pay regular price but Im willing to if need be.
Preferred solution: Hopefully to locate this particular flavor of ice cream and to be able to use my rain check from Jewels grocery store which expires in two weeks

Preferred solution: Jelisa King at King of Prussia site to be terminated for gross misconduct, verbal and emotional abuse towards a minor who was an employee at the time. When trying to speak with her, she yelled, cursed and hung up the phone on me.
The ice cream use to be the best, best to me, but now, when I buy your ice cream, it taste so weak as if the potency is gone. At one time the strawberry, pecan and chocolate will make :

On Saturday Aug. 14th 2021, at approximately 3:45 pm I entered the Haagen Daz shop #440 located at 242 South St Philadelphia Pa.
19147. I spent a few minutes deciding what I wanted with my wife and two children my wife placed her and the kids order first . Simultaneously I placed my order with a different salesperson named Paris V as I was placing my order I noticed that Paris had a very poor attitude and that the portion of my ice cream was much smaller than what my wife and children were given by the other salesperson I asked Paris could she adjust the portion size and she grabbed a small spoon and added a half teaspoon of ice cream which seemed to be sarcasm. Paris then slammed the glass door to the ice cream case shut and moved aggressively to the register, at which point I asked Paris why did she slammed the door to the freezer is it because I asked for a better portion of Ice cream.
Paris responded by saying sorry if it may have seemed that I slammed the door but that's just the way I closed it . I then told her that I did not want my ice cream any longer because I believe that she was angry at the fact that I questioned the ice cream portion and that her customer service skills were very poor, I told her that I would pay for my wife and children which was a total of 3 cups at $5.95 each. At this point Paris, did not reply she asked me how I was paying. I gave Paris, my credit card and she charged my card for 4 cups of ice creams instead of 3 like I asked.
I asked another salesperson who the manager was and she pointed at Paris discreetly. I asked that salesperson who was in charge over Paris, and that salesperson did not reply. I went back to Paris who at this point went towards the back of the store and I asked her to refund me for the 4th Ice cream cup that I asked not to be charged for in the first place. Paris asked for my credit card and inserted it into the square reader and told me I was refunded for $5.95.
After leaving the store I noticed that the receipt for the 5.95 refund was actually another charge so I went back in the Ice cream shop and pointed this out to Paris after she looked at the receipt her along with another employee assured me that it was a refund , I pointed out that no where on my receipt did it say refund and that it actually said credit sale . Paris and the employee told me that it just looks that way but you've been refunded. I later checked my account with my credit card company and I was charged twice by Paris once for $23.95 and another $5.95 in addition to the first charge. I should only be charged for 3 cups at $5.95 each which is a total cost of $17.85.
I am now owed a total refund back to my credit card of $11.90 . I would like an immediate refund of $11.90 and Paris V. should be reprimanded for her unprofessional and rude disposition towards me in front of my family and another customer who was in the store as well . My children are 6 and 4 years old and had to witness this nasty behavior from Paris.
I have been going to this Haagen Daz shop for over 25 years and have never experienced this kind of treatment the training that is going on now is horrible if Paris really is a manager then that needs to change. As I was leaving the Ice Cream shop after challenging the receipt in regards to the alleged refund Paris along with two other employees were snickering about me on my way out the door and at least 4 new customers entered the shop at this point right before I left so this snickering was done in front of and in earshot of patrons. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. As a longtime customer I deserve more respect than this I am 52 years old and have worked in Philadelphia Pa.
